Welcome to ABC

Athens Boxing Club is a hybrid boxing fitness gym.

We successfully manage  to combine the art of boxing and fitness designed to be a challenge for all fitness levels and abilities.

Highly trained and experienced professionals worked hard to bring our patrons a unique,welcoming and modern facility.

ABC was born out of compassion and we hope it’s evident in everything we offer our boxing family .

Boxing Fitness

We are one of the first gyms in Greece to introduce Boxing Fitness, an innovative high intensity program that combines boxing combinations on the bag with off the bag strengthening/cardio exercises to create a complete, highly effective workout session. 

Light Sparring

Experienced or not you have the possibility to fight inside the ring with the maximum safety.
You will learn all secrets of “ sweet science”, work with sparring partners, special bags, mitt work and many more!

Strength and Conditioning

Training that contributes, increases and improves physical strength and endurance,with the most appropriate methods and innovate approaches.
The result is a trilogy  which statistically interact to provide wellness and general versatility of physical conditioning – leading to increased self confidence.

Private Training

We welcome boxers of all fitness levels and are in your corner to make your first experience easy and fun. Every workout has one goal: to make sure you leave empowered and equipped with a new, better, more powerful skillset.

My first class

You are more than welcome to come and join one of our classes.
Your first session is free of charge. The only thing you need is a pair of clean shoes.
